I.M.P.A.C.T. Mentorship – Terms & Code of Conduct Agreement

1. Program Purpose

The I.M.P.A.C.T. Mentorship is a faith-based personal growth and leadership program designed to help participants grow in their identity, mindset, purpose, alignment, capacity, and transformation. While we aim to provide biblical teaching, personal coaching, and practical strategies, we make no guarantees of specific results.

2. Code of Conduct

By joining this program, I agree to:

• Participate fully, with an open and teachable attitude.

• Treat all participants and leaders with respect, kindness, and honor.

• Keep all shared information in group settings confidential, unless given permission to share.

• Refrain from any language, behavior, or communication that could be considered offensive, discriminatory, or harmful.

• Avoid promoting outside businesses, programs, or services to other participants without prior permission from leadership.

3. Attendance & Participation

• I understand that my growth depends on my engagement and participation.

• If I cannot attend a live session, I will watch the provided replay (if available).

• I will make every effort to complete assignments, exercises, and reflections on time.

4. Coaching & Advice Disclaimer

• Coaching provided in the mentorship is for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.

• Coaching and advice are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health services.

• Any decisions or actions I take based on the coaching are my sole responsibility.

5. Payment Terms

• I understand that the total cost of the mentorship is $1,800 for the full 9-month program (or payment plan as agreed).

• All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of program cancellation by I.M.P.A.C.T. Mentorship.

• Missed payments may result in suspension or removal from the program.

6. Media Release

• I give permission for photos, video, and audio taken during the program to be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes (see Media Release Agreement for details).

7. Liability Waiver

• I release Matt & Des / I.M.P.A.C.T. Mentorship, its leaders, and affiliates from any liability for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in the program.

• I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own well-being during the program.
